Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing cost proposals (including procurement of goods & services, renovation
• works, repair and maintenance in a super-sized complex consisting of shops, offices,serviced apartments, hotels, etc.) and lease proposals (including shops, offices and serviced apartments)
• Conduct market research, analyze and evaluate information available and prepare reports in the evaluation of the completeness and the reasonableness of proposals received
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in accounting and auditing
• Self-motivated in getting the work done, willing to learn and complete the work on time
• Proficient in PC applications
• Good command of both written English and Chinese and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua,and, English
• Candidate with professional qualifications (or finalist) in related fields will be preferred
