Job Requirements:

• 2 years' accounting and administrative experience;
• Holder of LCCI level 2 in Accounting is preferred;
• Familiar with MS Office, experience in accounting systems like MYOB; 
• Self motivated with strong analytical and communication skills;
• Able to work in team and cooperate with different departments;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform different financial / accounting / admin clerical duties;
• Handle accounts payable, general accounting entries, month end closing and filing duties;
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, accounting schedules, internal management accounts, and inter-company transactions;
• Handle sales quotation, invoice and clerical support to the team;
• Perform staff payroll, leave & attendance records, MPF and other personnel matters;
• Maintain daily operations including phone calls answering, customers and visitors greeting, office supplies and equipment ordering and maintenance;
• Provide office administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as requested.
