Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, operations, data input and filing
- Liaise with suppliers/ vendors on billing issues
- Handle customers’ enquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Assist in different aspects of administrations operation
- Assist month end closing and reporting
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines with minimum 2 year of relevant experience. Less than 2 year experience is also considered
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Knowledge in SAP accounting system is a plus
- Immediate available is preferred
