We are seeking an experienced, thorough and detail-oriented Accountant to join our rapidly growing company.

Job Description:

• Handle full set of books and Group level of accounting and consolidation independently
• Responsible for running, controlling and consolidating accounting works for HK, PRC and overseas’ operations
• Prepare monthly operating statement, regular forecast, annual budget and any other reporting as requested by management;
• Regular reviewing cash flow analysis, and accounting policies and group standards with management
• Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve finance-related issues for both vendors and customers to cope with the operational needs of the business
• Prepare annual profits tax returns and liaise with auditors for the annual audit;
• Responsible for internal analysis (including manufacturing costing, BOM & routing labor cost, scrap and factory processes etc.) and external analysis  (including logistics, suppliers, custom tax, raw material trend etc.)
• Review on accounting and licensing aspect for newly setup company & existing business
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• University graduate with professional accounting qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in IT industry and overseas business operation with L/C practices is a must
• Solid experience and good knowledge in PRC FIN/Account operations and with corporate financing experience is requested.
• Experience in Big 4 and listed company plus manufacturing sector is preferable
• Proficiency in MS office application (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with people at all levels including senior management;
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
