- Handle general accounting data input, account receivable and account payable;
- Prepare journal vouchers;
- Prepare cheques / other payment instruments for approval;
- Prepare monthly and daily FRR report
- Handle ad-hot duties upon required;
- Assist in daily operation and activities
- Handle reconciliation of trade and bank movement
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 1 years Accounting experience;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Responsible, Hardworking, Well- organized and a good team player;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered
