Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties, including data entries and preparation of vouchers for receipt, payment and general journals transactions
• Verify supplier invoices and arrange payments
• Assist in month-end closing and treasury functions
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules
• Handle other ad hoc tasks and administrative work as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting
• Knowledge in accounting software
• Good command in MS Office applications, especially for MS Excel
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience and higher qualifications may be considered for the position of Accountant
