Duties & Responsibilities;          

• Office & Administration – reception duties, filling, office & facilities maintenance, general upkeep of office image.
• Finance – Prepare and update account payable listing, prepare chq payments once invoices approved, update project P & L records, purchase order processing, pick up suppliers call for payment status and general finance support.
• Procurement - Support the Project Team undertaking various purchasing/procurement activities with vendors

Qualification/Experience;

•  Educated to Form 7, further education and/or professional qualifications advantageous
•  2+ working years’ experience preferrable; fresh graduate will also be considered
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and successfully from start to finish
•  Numeracy and literacy skills befitting of an international office
•  Preferred Knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft, Excel, Word & Power Point.
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
