Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finance related matters for the Group including accounting, taxation, banking, tax, customs and company secretarial matters
• Monitor performance of operating units, highlight and investigate significant issues; makes recommendations and implement corrective measures
• Conduct independent review and evaluations of operating units financial and operational policies and procedures for the purpose of improving the efficiency and effectiveness
• Review cost factors used in the calculation, ensure the cost factors used are correct and appropriate
• Overview cash management of all the subsidiaries in worldwide and ensure the related control and procedures are complied
• Make recommendations to the management over the strategies in the cash management and liquidity control
• Close liaison with external parties including bankers, tax authorities, lawyers, auditors and other regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance and be a qualified accountant
• At least 3 years’ working experience in audit or accounting field in which at least 1 years’ experience in listed company, preferably with exposure in Big 4
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese and English. Native Mandarin Speaker is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
