Responsibilities:

• To monitor all expense and arrange all payment on a timely manner
• To prepare debtor’s control, aging analysis and issue statement on a monthly basis
• To take charge of monthly management accounts, prepare annual final accounts and related schedule required for audit purposes
• To issue all fee invoices on a regular basis under a planned programme
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the superiors

 Requirement:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related appropriate discipline
• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent professional qualification would be a plus
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in multinational firms
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, attention to details and proactive.  A team player who can perform independently and partner with business in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
