Position Purpose

Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, this position has the responsibility for general & daily accounting duties including Account payable & receivable, bank reconciliation etc. Located in the Hong Kong office, also works closely with accounting and other department to ensure accounting data are recorded on a timely and accurate basis according to relevant accounting principles.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for AP accounting entries, enter and upload invoices into the ERP system
• Assist to prepare weekly cash flow statement and payment schedule
• Negotiate with customers & Credit Agency on daily collection activities through email
• Handle cash receipts booking and AR settlement
• Communicate with other departments to facilitate cash collection
• Assist for weekly credit hold report
• Assist for month end account closing work
• Assist for audit assignment
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirement:

• University graduates in accounting or finance preferred.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Previous wholesale/Trading A/R working experience with knowledge of credit management and factoring is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills; self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Proficiency in PC skills especially Excel
• Experience on ERP system, RLM is a plus
