Financial Director

Become part of this rapidly expanding international firm as it seeks a Finance professional to establish its presence across Greater China Region.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare, develop and analyze full spectrum of financial matters such as financial accounting, financial statements, auditing, compliance management, cash management, tax and consolidations.  
• To prepare quarterly forecast to ensure that company is an organization’s management makes well-informed decisions to ensure future stability, growth and profitability
• To establish and maintain accounting policy and management information systems and ensure internal control system is in place and comply with Accounting policy
• To electorate of strategic business plans with senior management for mid-term and yearly budgets; project management for new working capital management or business development
• Month-end closing, annual reports and perform group consolidation and inter-companies’ elimination

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Finance or related disciplines
• Professional qualification with HKICPA/ CIMA / ACCA or equivalent
• 10 years or above working experience in senior management of Finance and Accounting, Financial Planning; China manufacturing plant experience in a MUST
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of China Tax, financial planning, capital budgeting and auditing practices and principles
• Strong in people management skills with solid experience in leading a team in China
• To maintain good relations with g colleagues in China and Hong Kong
• Familiar with respective business / accounting rules and tax policies in major cities in China
• High integrity and good communication & influencing skills
• Good at Microsoft Office, Excel (V-look up, Pivot Table); Proficiency in SAP is preferable
• Good command in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Travel occasionally is required
