We are looking for a Assistant Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

•         Reporting to Finance Controller
•         Prepare monthly management reports and annual statutory accounts and profit tax returns
•         Responsible for budget / forecast, financial analysis and business analysis
•         Review and develop effective financial and accounting policies and control procedures to improve operational efficiency
•          Perform treasury functions
•         Liaison with external auditors and bankers
•         Ad hoc project as required

Requirements

•         Bachelor in Finance or Accounting or Business related discipline
•         Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA preferred
•         At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance industries
•         Experience in preparing accounts for overseas branches or subsidiaries
•         Accounting and /or settlement experience in SFC licensed asset management corporations will be a plus
•         Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
•         Willing to take up challenges and could work under tight schedules and deadlines
•         Mature, Able to work independently, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detailed oriented and well organized
•         PRC company working experience is a plus but not a must

Working location: Sheung Wan
