Cheung & Sons Holding Limited is currently looking for a Financial Controller as in Hong Kong headquarter with a focus on real estate investment and financing in HK & China.

Assisting the senior members of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team to manage all accounting, HR and Admin activities
• In-charging of the overall financial management matters, including financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, taxation, and perform consolidation of accounts for financial reporting & taxation purposes
• Ensuring full compliance with the company's policy and statutory requirements
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and regulatory authorities
• Handling with ad hoc assignment and special projects

To qualify, candidates will possess:

• Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified member of CPA, with minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Big 4 accounting firm
• Experience in handling accounting matters related to corporate investment & money lending is highly preferred
• Highly attention to details
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Fluent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
