Job Description

• Perform daily accounting function, including data entries, prepare vouchers
• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable functions, inventory cycle count and staff reimbursements
• Responsible for maintenance of fixed assets register
• Assist for month-end closing including maintain accounts schedules and reconcile current accounts with related companies

Requirements

• ​Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Min 3 years working experience in Merchandising / Trading firm                                      
• Handle general office administration works
• Basic accounting works / rountine accounting works
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese / Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook Express) and Chinese Word Processing
• Response ad hoc issue on daily requests related of office administration
• Willing to learn and hardworking
• Well organized, mature and indepenent, Able to work under pressure
