Responsibilities:

● Manage the finance and accounting function of the Hong Kong segment (which runs listed and non-listed investment holding companies)

● Provide value-added analyses and advice to support business decisions;

● Monitor and improve the finance and accounting internal controls of the Hong Kong segment;

● Review business contracts terms on compliance, operational and strategically perspective.

● Liaise with banks, external auditors and regulatory bodies parties to fulfill daily treasury, accounting, tax filling and operational needs; and

● Perform ad hoc work as assigned, such as merger & acquisition and other business transactions.

Requirements:

● Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;

● A member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;

● At least 10 years of experiences gained from Big 4/large audit firms and listed companies;

● Company secretary and investor relations related experience is highly preferred;

● Property development exposure is an advantage ;

● Committed, analytical and able to deliver under pressure;

● Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English ;

● Willing and able to travel to China Mainland as required;
