Scope of responsibilities:

• Consolidation for Group’s entities., timely and accurately produce management reports

 Description of tasks:

• Monitor and maintain daily accounting operation such as journal voucher preparation, bank reconciliation, cash flow management and consolidation
• Handle full set of accounts and data analysis
• Prepare weekly financial and management reports
• Ensure proper reporting procedures and compliance to international accounting standards
• Work closely with Team Head to drive & streamline processes through review of workflow and procedures, to deal with any ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
• Participate to select and implement new accounting system for the Group
• Support ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above with major in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
• 5 years solid experience in audit firm and in financial institutions
• Solid experience in financial and management reporting
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience in system implementation is definitely an advantage
• Strong analytical sense, detailed minded
• Proactive, mature and adaptable to change
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
