We are seeking a Accounting Manager/ Senior Accountant to join us.

THE JOB DUTIES:

• Manage a small Accounting team for performing full accounting duties of a group of restaurants;
• Perform full set account books;
• Handle AR / AP / BS / audit / management reports;
• Verifies that the P&L is accurate and statements are delivered to appropriate individuals in a timely manner;
• Oversee accounting department daily operations and monitor entire month end closing process;
• Automation of accounting transactions
• To provide strategic advice on compliance and strategic insights
• Oversee all activities related to cash flow;
• Handle bank and credit card reconciliation;
• Handle in year-end audit and tax filing;
• Handle ad hoc duties of the director;

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary education in Accounting / Finance related;
• CPA qualification is required;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in F&B;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in computer skills, eg. Microsoft Office Applications, QuickBooks;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
