Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform and review daily accounting operations, including account receivable, account payable, payments settlement
- Handle full sets of accounts including review of junior works, and prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved
- Assist in the annual audit and tax
- Maintain proper company secretarial records
- Assist to develop business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Associate degree holder or above in Finance and Accounting
- A minimum of three years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting, experience in audit is advantage
- Familiar with MS Office application (i.e. Excel, Word)
- Experience in accounting software, MOYB experience is advantage
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Problem solver, strong interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset, able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
