Job Description
My client is one prestigious Chinese real estate developer listed in HK, office in Central and now is seeking Head of Corporate Finance based in HK, report to Group CFO
Responsibilities:
Arrange financing and maintain good banking relationship
Oversee and manage group's financial reporting, budget, forecast, tax planning functions
Ensure all accounting procedures comply with the internal policy and legal compliance
Provide financial analysis and commentary for management to make strategtic decisions
Provide support to top management on the financial implications of key decisions
Participate in ad hoc projects including Investment, corporate finance transactions, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
At least 10 years relevant experience
Sound knowledge of the capital market
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Experience in Real Estate is highly preferred
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
