Key Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager overseeing Accounting, Reporting, and FP&A
• Review subordinates’ work on full set of accounts
• Prepare and review month end closing
• Prepare and analyse monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for senior management
• Prepare and review Group reporting requirements
• Assist Finance Manager to prepare and co-ordinate annual budgeting and cashflow forecast
• Assist in system development and enhancement
• Complete statutory tax workings, and annual tax or company filing
• Involve in annual audit, as well as assist in maintaining strong and effective internal controls
• Train, support and co-ordinate professional development for staff
• Assist on ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or related disciplines 
• Member of recognised accounting professional association (eg HKICPA, ACCA and AIA etc)
• Around 5 years of relevant working experience 
• Experience in property management would be preferred. Candidates with listed company background in different industries will also be considered
• Detail-oriented, responsible, communicative individual, a good  team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer skills, MS application (i.e. Excel, ​Word) and accounting software
