1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report directly to Executive Director, undertake operational planning initiatives working closely with the other senior managers in developing the budgets and cash flows to support strategic goals ;
• Prepare financial reporting in HKFRS and IFRS ;
• Handle all treasury related matters, dealing with local financial institutions and bankers ;
• Be responsible for periodic (i.e. month end, semi-annual and annual) Accounting & Reporting (i.e. FRR for SFC) ;
• Work with External Auditors for yearly audit and tax issues ;
• Work with the Fund Administrator in respect of the fund under the Company’s management;
• Ensure internal controls are proper and sufficient to maintain all levels of Compliance, continuously review and improve where necessary;
• Be responsible for licensing, Compliance reporting, AML & KYC matters; and
• Assist in special projects and other ad hoc assignments.

2 JOBS REQUIREMENTS

• Degree Holder in Finance / Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably with professional membership such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent ;
• Minimum 3 years’ Accounting, Compliance and/or Operation Experiences, preferably with an Asset Management firm or a Licensed Corporation ;
• Knowledge of international regulatory Compliance rules (such as FATCA, CRS) preferred;
• Knowledge in FRR regulatory reporting is required ;
• Proficiency in MS EXCEL, accounting software (Sage 50), Word & PPT ;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Includes both Cantonese and Mandarin) ;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills ;
• Positive, good team player with multi-tasking skills ;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility ; and
• Immediately available preferred.
