Responsibilities : -

• Assists the Financial Controller to manage and control all financial transactions.
• Solid experience in prepare monthly consolidation report for top management.
• Responsible for annual budget and forecasts of group companies for management review.
• Responsible for monthly financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting , tax planning and costing analysis.
• Review internal control policies of companies and make recommendations.
• Oversee the operation of the company’s accounting department , deal with external auditors, lawyers and bankers.
• Provide effective and accurate accounting information and financial reports in a timely basis.

Requirements : -

• Degree holder in Accountancy with professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• At least 10 years accounting experience in manufacturing company with 5 years in relevant position.
• Solid experience in PRC manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting practice, tax issues and custom issues is an asset advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Stay and work in China is required.
