My client is one prestigious HK listed developer with multiple commercial and residential projects across HK and PRC, due to business expansion and now they are looking for one Finance Manager (Head of Finance) to oversee the project development.

Job responsibilities:

1. Accounts and statements preparation: daily account processing, preparation of financial statements, management statements, handling of annual audit and tax;

2. Treasury management: Process and monitor daily payments, prepare monthly and annual budgets, in charge of development loans from bank, monitor the revenue from property sales.

3. Financial management: formulate internal control and accounting systems, implement the supervision requirements of the project, prepare data for reporting as required by the group for budget, annual review or other needs

Requirements:

Bachelor degree of finance / accounting or relevant, 

HK project development experience

Fluent Chinese (including mandarin) and English
