Responsibilities

• Handle full set of account and prepare periodical financial reports
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including prepare vouchers, payments & AR/AP
• Maintain accurate accounting records and procedures
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or above
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese word processing and familiar with SAP accounting system is highly preferred
• Experience in construction company will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Hard working and good communication skills
• Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, well organized, good team work spirit and ability to work independently
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
