Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounting tasks including account payable, account receivable, book-keeping, expenses reimbursement, etc.
• Handle Sales Order and Invoice issuing
• Data input into accounting system
• Perform general clerical duties and other routine function department (e.g. cheque bank-in, filing documents etc.. )
• Can work independently and report to Overseas Account Manager
• Support yearly audit

Requirements:

•  F.5 / F.6 graduate with LCC Intermediate or higher
• Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting, preferably distribution & online business
• Familiar with Accounting Software XERO / QuickBooks preferred
• Good team and good learning path
• High proficiency in PC operations such as MS word and excel
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Full time 5 days per week or Part time 2-3 full days per week options
