Job responsibilities:

1.Daily accounting operation, including data entry and filing

2.Process and recording AR, AP and expense reimbursement of staff worldwide

3.Assist in preparing monthly reports

4.Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned & provide support on accounting matters

5.Provide administrative support if necessary

Job Requirements:

1.2 - 3 years of experience in accounting field

2.High diploma or above

3.Hands-on experience on accounting software, with Quickbook preferable

4.Good PC skills (Excel and Word)

5.Strong command of spoken and written English

6.Fair command of Mandarin
