Qualification: 

• Form 6 or above
• Speak and write fluent English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Working experience:
  • Work independent
  • Over 5 years full sets of accounting book in trading and service field is definitely the advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Words
  • Basic knowledge of Shipping document and import/export LC

  Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasting and analysis
• Maintenance of fixed assets register
• Daily accounting functions including A/R collection and A/P
• Statutory audit
• Ad hoc reporting to Operations director and Managing director 
• Manage China office's accounting book
• Limited administrative work

Knowledge of China Taxation is not a must but preferable
