Senior Accounting Assistant

Job Description: 

• Perform general accounting duties including AP, AR and bank reconciliations
• Handle month-end closing and prepare monthly statements and analysis reports according to schedules
• Booking for Statement of accounts, Insurance Premium
• Handle daily accounting operations such as issuing debit notes
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
  
• Two to five years of relevant experience
• Detail-minded, hardworking and can work under pressure and tight timeline
• Experience in using a Reinfo system preferred
• Independent, well-organized and be a good team player
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Immediate availability is preferable
