Finance Officer / Senior Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operations including bank balance monitoring, preparing vouchers, cheque payments, staffs reimbursements and other accounting work)

• Responsible for Full Set of Accounts

• Prepare month end closing schedules and bank reconciliation

• Preform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years in full set accounting, preferably in securities firm but not a prerequisite

• Familiar in FRR would be an advantage but not a must

• Mature, responsible, detailed mind with ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure

• Good command in English and Chinese; Mandarin speaking is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Words & Excel

• Familiar with Flex system is highly preferred

• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Candidate with more experience and qualification would be considered as Senior Finance Officer
