（一）工作职责

1、依据会计准则和公司会计制度规定，编制公司合并报表和内部管理报表，按要求报送、披露相关财务信息，为管理决策提供财务分析数据。

2、跟踪会计准则最新变化，修订并完善公司的会计制度体系；制定、修订公司的财务管理制度及相关规定办法。

3、配合维护和完善财务信息系统，定期更新财务报表模板，优化报表编制流程﹐不断提高报表编制效率。

4、负责公司的年度财务决算及年度审计工作，国资委、审计署、巡视组、离任审计等检查、审计工作。

5、完成领导交办的其他工作。

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare group management and statutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financial data and disclosure as required for decision-making.

-Interpret and implement the latest PRC GAAP and maintain proper accounting policies，Assist in the establishment and continuing improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

-Assist in maintaining financial information system, regularly update the financial statement template.

- Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of the annual reports and external audit of the company.

-Other duties as assigned.

（二）任职要求

1、大学本科及以上学历，财经类专业，3年以上合并报表相关经验；

2、熟悉中国内地及香港会计准则及相关的法规、政策，具有良好的财务管理能力、学习能力和分析研判能力；

3、具备较强的语言文字表达能力，中、英语流利，具有严密的逻辑思维和分析判断能力；

4、工作踏实认真、责任心强，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神；

5、有CPA、ACCA等相关专业资格证书、有大型企业集团及会计师事务所工作经验者优先；

6、香港居民优先。

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, graduate with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications. minimum 3 years of experience in consolidation.

-Solid understanding of PRC & HK GAAP exposure.

-Analytical mindset with strong attention to details.

-Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests.

-Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline.

-High competence in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.

-Qualified member of ACCA/ CPA or with experience in large SOE /audit firm is highly preferable.

-Hong Kong resident.
