（一）工作职责

1. 按照行业监管和公司管理要求，负责或协助实施经济责任审计、财务收支审计、内部控制审计、投资项目审计等，撰写审计报告或小结；
2. 负责督促问题整改和后续评估，并对审计结果进行质量控制和考核；
3. 根据领导安排或协助部门其他成员完成计划管理、制度建设、以及信息化建设等基础管理工作；
4. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

（二）任职要求

1. 大学本科及以上学历，具有财务、经济、航运相关专业背景；
2. 熟悉企业会计准则及相关的法规、政策；
3. 思维清晰，具有良好的团队合作精神，责任心强；具备较强的综合分析能力，较强的英语听、说、读、写能力和组织管理协调能力，能适应经常性出差；
4. 具有5年以上事务所工作经历或5年以上大型企业审计相关工作经历，具有审计项目实施经验；
5. 具有CPA、ACCA专业资格证书，四大会计师事务所工作经验者优先；
6. 香港居民优先考虑。

（一）Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for or assist in the implementation of economic responsibility audits, financial revenue and expenditure audits, internal control audits, and post-assessment audits in accordance with industry regulatory and company management requirements, draft audit report or summary.
• Responsible for the supervision and rectification of problems subsequent evaluation, audit quality control and assessment.
• According to working arrangements or assist other members of the department to complete basic management work such as department team building, organizational optimization, system management, plan management, and information construction, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

（二）Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, shipping, etc.
• Solid and comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises.
• With analytical mindset, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, comprehensive analysis ability, excellent management skills and English language ability, can adapt frequent business trips.
• More than 5 years working experience in large enterprises or audit firms, with experience in audit project implementation.
• Qualified member of ACCA/ CPA, with experience in Big Four accounting firms is preferred.
• Hong Kong residents are preferred.
