（一）工作职责

1. 依据会计准则和公司会计制度规定，编制公司合并报表和内部管理报表，按要求向股东单位、外部机构报送、披露相关财务信息，为管理决策提供财务分析数据。审核、监督、指导下属公司的报表编制工作，及时处理报表编制中出现的问题；
2. 跟踪会计准则最新变化，评估对公司的影响并提出专业建议，修订并完善公司的会计制度体系；
3. 配合维护和完善财务信息系统，定期更新财务报表模板，优化报表编制流程,不断提高报表编制效率；
4. 组织公司及各成员单位的年度财务决算及外部审计工作，进行专业指导和协调，配合集团的外部审计工作；
5. 参与财务管理，审定成员单位重大事项的会计处理，对公司重大投资项目提供财务、税务等方面专业建议；
6. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

（二）任职要求

1. 大学本科及以上学历，财经类专业，3年以上合并报表相关经验；
2. 精通中国及香港会计准则及相关的法规、政策，具有良好的财务管理能力、学习能力、分析研判能力和逻辑思维能力；
3. 具备较强的语言文字表达能力，中、英语流利；
4. 工作踏实认真、责任心强，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神；
5. 有CPA、ACCA等相关专业资格证书，有大型企业集团及会计师事务所工作经验者优先；
6. 香港居民优先考虑。

（一）Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare group management and statutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financial data and disclosure to stakeholders and external institutions as required for decision-making, supervise and review the preparation of the reports of subsidiaries.
• Interpret and implement the latest PRC GAAP and provide timely professional support, revise and update corporate accounting policies.
• Assist in maintaining financial information system, regularly update the financial statement template.
• Organize corporation and subsidiary companies’ annual financial reporting and cooperate with external auditors about annual audit.
• Participate in financial management, review subsidiary companies’ accounting treatment of major events, provide professional advice on financial and taxation for important investment projects of the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

（二）Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, minimum 3 years working experience in consolidation.
• Solid understanding of PRC & HK GAAP exposure, with well financial management ability, learning ability, analytic capabilities and logical thinking ability.
• High competence in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, prudence seriously, good teamworking and coordination capability.
• Qualified member of ACCA/ CPA or with experience in large SOE /audit firm is highly preferable.

Hong Kong residents are preferred.
