Responsibilities:

•    To lead the finance team to provide daily support to the business
•    To conduct monthly financial/managerial and financial KPI analysis reports
•    To prepare various reports to fulfill local statutory requirements
•    To review and make sure all financial reports meet with deadlines
•    To co-operate with auditors to complete annual audit
•    To provide financial and administration solutions and support to business
•    To conduct and review management accounting, tax issues, reports, budget and cash flow
•    To be responsible for ERP and other financial system
•    To review processes and procedures of daily work
•    To perform Company Secretarial duties
•    To manage Group funding strategies

Requirements:

•    Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with qualified accountant qualifications or  equivalent
•    At least 8 years’ solid and hands-on working experience
•    Sound business financial knowledge in Construction/Real estate industry
•    Familiar in both HK and PRC accounting and financial requirements
•    Good interpersonal and presentation skill
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skill
•    Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
•    Occasionally travel is required
•    Candidates with less experience will be considered for other positions
