Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team of around 8 (China, Hong Kong and Singapore).
• Overseas / review finance and account daily operation.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Formulate and improve internal control system and process.
• Improve and optimize workflow for financial operational.
• Liaise with external parties, such as auditors tax agent, lawyer and bankers.
• Assist to prepare company secretarial documents.
• Other duties assigned by the directors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting / Finance with professional qualification (HKICPA / ACCA).
• A solid experience of import and export trading business.
• With at least 10 years' relevant working experience in finance and accounting, including China and Hong Kong.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Solid experience in using ERP (Mulitable, Oracle, or SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written skills in Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
• Immediate available is preferred.
