Location: Hong Kong            

Reports to: APAC Finance Sr. Director

 

Summary

This individual will be responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis of the Regional DTC consolidation and Oceania business.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

DTC Region

  • Provide financial, analytical and decision support. Improve decision making by creating linkage between investments and returns.
  • Integrate a standard process of Asset Reviews in the region, including all countries (China, Korea, and Oceania).

 

Oceania FP&A:

  • Lead the financial planning/forecasting calendar and process for total Oceania – on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term basis.
  • Partner with Oceania MD on business decisions and maximization of financial return.
  • Represent the FP&A function in the S&OP process.
  • SG&A controlling of local Australia SG&A and New Zealand distributor businesses.
  • Provide visibility into opportunities and risks and thought leadership on how to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.

 

 

Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate: include but are not limited to the following:

  • Bachelors or equivalent required
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business Analysis.
  • Retail Industry. Consumer Products or hi-growth environment experience preferred.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to achieve optimal goals and improve existing processes.
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modelling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis
  • SAP experience preferred
