Responsibilities:

- Inventory control and warehouse stocktaking

- Maintain good stock in & out record and prepare related report

- Assist in logistics task assigned by customer;

- Handle general office administration works

- Responsible for daily accounting duties;

- Handle full set of account, data input and filing independently

- Responsible for A/R, A/P, preparing vouchers & invoices, checking statements;

- Ad hoc project

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with LCC Intermediate level or above;

- 5 years full set accounting experience;

- Familiar with MS office application. Knowledge in accounting software is preferred;

- Well organized, detail minded and strong sense of responsibility;

- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

- Immediate available is highly preferable.
