Job Description

(A) HR & Admin.:

• Assist in handling staff attendance and leave record;
• Responsible for HR operations including but not limited to Promoter payroll, MPF calculation, employment contracts, medical claim, etc.
• Responsible for organizing and coordination of projects and activities;
•  Manage general office administrative duties including premise, telephone system, server and office equipment maintenance, renovation, etc
• Perform ad-hoc assignments are required;

(B) Accounting Duties:

• Perform general accounting duties and book-keeping functions, including vouchers application and checking in systems
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and year-end stock take
• To manage fixed assets registers and conduct ad-hoc tasks such as physical checking of assets

Requirements

1. Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI Higher or related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant experience in accounting
2. Proficient in MS Office applications (advance knowledge in Excel, vlook-up, sumif, pivot table and formula setting) and experience in ERP system is an advantage
3. Possess a high level of initiative and integrity with positive working attitude
4. Well-versed in HK Labour Ordinance, MPF ordinance and HR practices
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
