Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Trading & sourcing office of mobile accessories with small office in Hong Kong
- Main market : South Africa & South America
- We are looking for ACCOUNTING OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Handle full sets of books of HK trading company independently
- Prepare budgeting, forecasts and cash flow maintain proper accounting records and procedures
- Handle office administrative works
- Assist in prepare shipping documents
- Liaise with auditors and bankers
- Report to the General Manager of HK office
- Teritary education in accounting or above;
- Min. 5 years accounting experience handling full set of accounts in small size trading company
- Experience in Peachtree is highly prefer
- No trips is required
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
- Normally no OT work is required
- Annual leave : 10 days (1st yr); 12 days (2nd yr)
