Job Description
Job descriptions:
- Lead and manage the financial and management reporting, taxation and treasury functions of the group
- Manage financial budgets, cash flow forecast and analysis on overall financial performance
- Lead and implement the internal control policy, cost saving, approval control and accounting policy
- Supervise the Company secretarial matters
- Coordinate annual audit and liaise with external auditors on accounting issues
- Effectively manage banks, external auditors, and financial advisor relationships
Qualification Required :
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline

Professional accounting qualification

A minimum of 5 years financial reporting and analysis experience gained from a sizeable business
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, able to work independently and work under pressure

Immediately available is highly preferred
