Job Description:

• Work in a team with small size, directly report to Finance Controller and Finance Manager
• Work with China SSC to handle month-end closing in full scope and prepare management reports regarding business performance
• Responsible to perform budget, forecast and variance analysis
• Support client billing processes and work with China SSC on monitoring AR status
• Responsible to perform OPEX booking, T&E checking and payment
• Assist in annual audit and other compliance work
• Maintenance of system access right and master record
• Respond to local media operation and/or Groupe finance team requests
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in MNC or with previous/current big 4 background will be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, deliver accurate and quality of work
• Hardworking, a good team player and willing to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft offices (Excel, Word and Outlook)
