Job Description
Senior Tax Manager
Our client is a reputable conglomerate around the world, and they are seeking a Senior Tax Manager (UK Tax focus) to join their team.
Duties:
Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, you will be expected to:
- Develop, monitor and manage transfer pricing reporting and documentation
- Assist in direct tax and indirect tax audit & appeal
- Conduct research and provide pro-active tax advice on a range of topics and developments
- Keep abreast of latest tax development and monitor and evaluate impact of local tax law changes in the region
- Assist in special tax projects / finance projects if needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounts/Finance or equivalent
- HKICPA/CPA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- At least 8 years relevant working experience in Big Four and commercial experience in UK/APAC market
- Candidate with strong UK corporate tax would be an advantage
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for this post
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
