Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Assist in daily accounting operations including accounting entries, petty cash handling and reports preparation
- Assist in month-end, voucher entries, general ledger and year-end closing process
- Independently handle bank reconciliation and staff reimbursement
- Communicate with internal partners and external parties
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as per required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance
- Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
- PC knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- 2 years working experience in Accounting field, experience in finance or property agency field is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, self motivated, mature and work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
