A well-established property management company is looking for talents to oversee and manage the finance, human resources and administration functions of the Company.

The Job: 

• Key member of the Management Team and report to the General Manager of the Company
• Oversee all finance-related activities to ensure full compliance with the company’s policy and statutory requirements
• Develop, implement plans and programs related to accounting, finance and audit, and direct the preparation of all finance-related reports to Management Team and the Group
• Provide consolidated result of Group operation and provide advice to enhance financial performance

The Person

• University graduate in Accounting or related discipline
• 15 years of relevant work experience in sizable companies with not less than 8 years at senior management role, preferably with experience in property management industry
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ACCA/CPA or related professional qualification
• Thorough knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices will be an advantage
• Result driven with strong team leadership, influencing, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
