Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare A/P and A/R, journal vouchers
• Review overseas office payment request and monthly operating expenses
• Reconcile data from different systems, stock take
• Perform month-end closing and daily accounting duties.
• Perform surprise count on cash, stocks
• Assist any ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• LCC Third Level Accounting or above
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure software system is preferred
• Familiar with computerized accounting Quickbook is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
