Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing documentation related to accounts payable and receivable
• Manage outgoing bills and invoices and incoming payments
• Preparing bank reconciliations and allocating expenditure to specified budget accounts
• Summarizing expenditure and receipts
• Preparing records of standard costs and values for items such as raw materials and packaging supplies
• Recording cost variations and contract price movements
• Assist in monthly financial closing and analysis of financial data for accuracy
• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent is an advantage
• 1-2 years or above working experience
• Familiar with QuickBooks
• LCCI Intermediate level is an advantage
• Proficient in MS office e.g. Excel, Word & Access 
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, meticulous, independent with the ability to work on tight deadlines
• Immediately available or short notice preferred
