Responsibilities:

• To process payments on subsidy of URA/scheme funds from Government accurately and on time, update records to relevant systems and prepare accounting journals for month end closing
• To prepare financial statements for the Government scheme funds
• To handle telephone calls and enquiries from borrowers / grantees
• To issue rental statement of accounts to tenants of URA properties and prepare journal entries
• To maintain proper records for filing in both head office and warehouse

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education with level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the HKDSE or with Grade E in the HKCEE
• Certificate/Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Accounting, Business or related disciplines
• Work experience in accounting is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Input
