About this role
Directly report to the General Manager and Directors, this role is perfect for a self-starter who is seeking an opportunity to gain a variety of experience and knowledge working with almost every team members in the corporate office. This is a rare opportunity to gain broad experience at a tightly-knit startup that's passionate about energy saving.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling full set of accounts
- Handle monthly and quarterly management reports and consolidation reports of various subsidiaries located in Hong Kong and other countries
- Support and monitor all daily finance, accounting operations and company secretary duties for Hong Kong, South Africa and overseas businesses
- Prepare budget, cash flow forecast and financial analysis
- Collect, check, prepare and review relevant finance and accounting documents
- Participate in external audit, taxation, banking and compliance issue
- Participate in project management
- Assist in internal control enhancement
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are in compliance
- Liaise with internal and external departments and related companies
- Coordinate with other (foreign) accounting team members to provide timely and accurate management reports
- Perform inter-group transactions and reconciliation
- Prepare ad hoc reports and tasks as required
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent is a must
- Possess a professional qualification (e.g. CPA/ACCA) is highly preferable
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must be able to work independently
- Keen to learn, be responsible, self-motivated,capable of meeting deadline and working under pressure
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Familiar with company secretary is a plus
- Familiar with MYOB book keeping in multi-currency is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is an advantage
