We welcome an attentive and well-organized candidate for the position of Accounts Clerk. This requires interacting with clients from prestigious international luxury brands and provides international project exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including but not limited to inventory & production entry update, involving, cost update, prepare vouchers, data input and filing, and cheque issues etc.
• Assist in month-end closing
• Provide general support in accounting and administration
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting; or relevant 2 years accounting experience with construction background preferred
• Previous experience in dealing with China supplier is preferred
• Hands-on experience in using QuickBooks is a definite advantage
• Proactive with good interpersonal, communication and good telephone manner
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in oral and written Mandarin or English
• Proficient with Excel and Word
