Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-contract QS service, including tendering, measurement, contract administration, cost estimation & control, etc. for assigned projects especially for fitting out projects,
• Manage the preparation of payment application, variation, claims and following up the payment certification;
• Involve with the negotiation and settlement of final account;
• Provide extensive support to the Project Team on contractual matters;
• Assist in generating internal and external reports.
• Liaise with client and manage subcontracting.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Experience in Design & Build and / or sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor.
• Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Well versed in MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
