Our client is one of the oldest local institutions providing world class services in the entertainmen, sporting and gambling sector. It is also Hong Kong's top charity and community benefactor. To cope with their Human Resources team expansion, they are now setting up a new HR Shared Services team and looking for high calibre to join them and bring in new inspirations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line HR advisory support to all staff by acting as a "HR call-center"
• Base on the nature of in-take enquiry calls/emails, analyze potential loopholes of current business SOP to identify areas of development
• Responsible for all on-boarding and off-boarding activities and ensure all personal data is input securely in the system
• Manage day to day HR Shared Service team transaction services and ensure service delivered with high quality and efficiency
• Assist Team Manager to work with department heads to develop solutions and improve the department's HR efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR operations/shared services
• Open to candidates from all industrues
• Bachelor Degree in related discipline; degree holder in HR will have advantage
• Fluent in speaking and writing English; Native in Cantonese is a MUST
• Fast paced and able to work under pressure
• Team player, people-oriented
• office based, Mon-Fri, office hour
• 1 year renewable contract with gratuity
